Awarded through a CMGC delivery method. The projects included major renovations to a total of ten schools, as well as the district administration office for the Weld RE4 School District in Windsor and Severance, Colo. Due to the number of buildings and to limit school disturbance, construction was split over two years during the summer breaks. The scope of work included but was not limited to: playground upgrades, HVAC upgrades, complete lighting retrofit, new fire alarm systems, secure entries and complete re-roofs.
