Saunders Heath was the CMGC for this 390,000-square-foot addition to the Sierra Trading Post Fulfillment Center in Cheyenne, WY. This massive project included 86 cast-in-place tilt-up concrete wall panels and more than doubled their distribution capabilities. The project features high bay LED lighting fixtures, full generator back-up for life safety and operating systems, and 50 dock doors. The office area includes a large conference room, break room, vending machines and locker rooms. The site package included complete secured premises with a guard shack and exercise/walking path around the perimeter for employees.
