Located in the heart of the Fort Collins’ brewery district, the new Red Truck Beer Company opened in Fall 2018. The Vancouver based brewery purchased the former Fort Collins Brewery, transforming the building into a new brewery and restaurant. Construction consisted of renovation of the existing southwest corner of the building with new structural steel, re-configuring the entrance and retail area, adding a new cook line and kitchen located within a cargo container, restrooms, private party room, fully remodeled dinning area, and second floor office renovation.
