Since 2010, Saunders Heath has completed multiple renovation projects as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the Poudre School District. Many of the renovations included HVAC system upgrades, high security and ADA compliant door hardware, carpet/flooring replacement, new on-demand water heaters and toilets, lighting upgrades, and new entries to accommodate a safer and more secure entry into the buildings.
