Phelps Memorial Health Center (PMHC) is a private, non-profit, critical access hospital located in rural Holdrege, NE. Originally built in 1968, the 25-bed hospital was in need of additional space to provide exceptional quality care and expanded services for the local community.
Saunders Heath was selected as the CMGC for the 42,000-square-foot, two-story expansion and renovation. The project included an addition to the existing hospital which included approximately 35,000-square-feet of new construction, composed of 23,500-square-feet on the first floor and 9,500-square-feet of shell space on the second floor.
