Since 2012, Saunders Heath has been the preferred CMGC for Houska Automotive, Inc. having provided construction services for three of their facilities located at their Fort Collins campus. The Houska Heavy Duty facility is a 12,674-square-foot truck maintenance and tire retreading plant. The building has seven overhead doors, office space and reception area. The repair shop services box trucks, dump trucks, over-the-road semis, buses, motor homes, trailers and everything in between.
