The 37,156-square-foot mixed-used building includes 22,000-square-feet of residential space on the top two floors. Jimmy Johns restaurant and Estes Park Health Urgent Care facility occupy units on the ground floor. The residential spaces include seven units totaling 47-beds. Each unit is available for rent by local employers to house seasonal or yearly employees.
