Heath Construction Chosen To Build Hospitality Component Of Estes Park Wellness Center

Leading regional contractor returns to Estes Park to continue community development.

ESTES PARK – Heath Construction, a premier regional contractor based in Fort Collins, has been selected to build the initial phase of Estes Park’s new $30 million Wellness Center. Built adjacent to the iconic Stanley Hotel, the project represents a visionary, public-private partnership between the Estes Park Medical Center and the Grand Heritage Hotel Group, which owns the Stanley Hotel. The Wellness Center will provide a high-profile “wellness tourism” destination, more than 70 year-round jobs and millions in annual revenue for the town.

Economic growth and cultural development in Estes Park are familiar goals for Heath. For more than 20 years, Heath has built virtually all of the landmark projects that make Estes Park the Jewel of the Rockies today.

The initial phase of construction will include a hospitality component of the Wellness Center Complex, a 33-room boutique hotel. The first phase of design and construction is expected to be complete in late 2015, while the overall Wellness Center Complex is slated to open in 2016.
