FORT COLLINS COUNTRY CLUB SELECTS HEATH CONSTRUCTION FOR AMBITIOUS EXPANSION AND RENOVATION

FORT COLLINS, COLO. – The Fort Collins Country Club, already one of the region’s preeminent venues for families to play and relax, recently selected Heath Construction to build a $5 million expansion and renovation that will enrich the club’s year-round tennis, golf and dining amenities.

With financing now complete, Phase I of the multi-million dollar project will start in April and finish just five months later. The Heath team will construct a Tennis Center with three new indoor tennis courts for year-round play that will complement five outdoor courts, and an expanded 2,150-square-foot fitness and spa facility.

Phase II includes an expanded golf pro shop and a new casual-dining restaurant featuring an expansive patio overlooking holes 10 and 18, with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. When completed, the club’s capacity for casual dining will triple, from 42 to 130 seats.

Eight-Court Tennis Center

Three new indoor courts, available for match play year-round, will contain the largest spectator viewing area in the region, which is ideal for United States Tennis Association tournaments. Combined with five outdoor courts, the Center will be among the largest tennis facilities in the area and the only one to feature a full-service onsite lounge.
