Corporate Responsibility

Our identity is deeply rooted in giving back to and working conscientiously for our community. It is vital for our organization to continue to innovate and grow within a sustainable framework to preserve our future as a company and as a community.

At Saunders we don’t just build projects — we build leaders and communities with a commitment to sustainable business practices. From long-term strategic trajectories to day-to-day operations, we continually align these practices with accountable economic, environmental and social goals. To this end, we have produced a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report every year since 2010, which includes our commitment to provide world-class employee training, supporting over 80 community non-profit organizations, and engaging small, minority and women-owned businesses as both project partners and as mentors. Saunders continues to implement long-term strategies toward employing a zero waste stream process, significantly reducing our water use and carbon output.

Corporate Social Responsibility

the number one icon

Committed to prudent growth within the organization, and actively engaging with industry partners and the surrounding communities to support sustainable economic growth.

the number two icon

Challenging ourselves to lead in our communities, provide opportunities for growth, be effective in all we do and encourage others to do the same.

the number three icon

Acting as stewards of the environment, managing our impact and continuously improving our sustainable and social business practices.

  • This kind of transparency from a privately held company is very impressive and progressive. I like that the report didn’t try to hide failures or missed goals–it simply stated your intention, your efforts and the outcomes. I will be using this as a best practice for other companies to follow in the future.
